1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing anything on Craft3D Limited (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.
2. Products Offered

3. Intellectual Property

4. Pricing, Payment & Taxes
- All prices are displayed in USD and include any applicable sales tax (e.g., Colorado state tax) unless otherwise noted.
- Payment is captured at the moment you place the order. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.).
- You are responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may apply to your jurisdiction.
5. Warranty & Limitation of Liability
- Warranty – All items are sold “as‑is” unless a specific warranty is expressly stated in a separate agreement.
- Limitation of Liability – Craft3D Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of the use of the printed objects, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.
- Maximum Exposure – Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific item that gave rise to the claim.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Craft3D Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, suit, or proceeding (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
- Your use of the printed objects;
- Any breach of these Terms; or
- Any alleged infringement of third‑party rights resulting from a Customer‑Provided File.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
