30‑Day Return Policy

1. Eligibility

  • You may return eligible 3D printed items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it. All original packaging, accessories, and any included documentation (e.g., care instructions) must be returned.

2. Non‑eligible Returns

Because 3D printed products are often customized or made‑to‑order, the following items cannot be returned or are only returnable under special circumstances:

Situation Reason Return option
Custom designs (personalized files, color choices, size specifications you provided) The item was produced specifically for you. Not returnable, unless defective or damaged.
Items with obvious wear, damage, or alteration The product no longer matches the “unused” condition. Refund denied.
Orders marked “Final Sale” You agreed at checkout that the sale is final. Not returnable.


3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, broken, or incorrectly printed item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a free return shipping label and either:

  • Replace the item (at no extra cost), or
  • Issue a full refund (including original shipping fees) if a replacement is unavailable.

4. Return Process

  1. Start the return – Log in to your Shopify account, go to Orders, select the order, and click Request Return (or email us at support@craft3d.co).
  2. Provide a reason – Choose “Defective/Damaged” or “Other – Unused.”
  3. Receive a prepaid label – We’ll email you a UPS/FedEx/USPS label (depending on your region).
  4. Pack securely – Include the original packing slip and any accessories. Seal the package and attach the label.
  5. Ship the item – Drop it off at the carrier’s location or schedule a pickup.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process the refund to the original payment method within 5‑7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are refunded only for defective/damaged returns. For standard returns, original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or design, please place a new order after the original return is processed.
